1. Shipping Locations   
    
We ship both locally and internationally. However, restrictions may apply to certain remote areas or regions with specific import laws.   
    
2. Shipping Times   
    
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping times thereafter apply. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.   
    
- Local (South Africa): 2-5 business days   
- International: 7-14 business days   
    
3. Shipping Costs   
    
Shipping costs vary depending on the location and the weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.    
   
4. Tracking   
    
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress.   
    
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes   
    
For international shipping, customs duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.   
    
6. Lost or Damaged Items   
    
Fyn Jewelry (PTY) ltd is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving these issues with the courier company.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as not receiving your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy   
    
At Fyn Jewelry (PTY) ltd, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.   
    
1. Return Eligibility   
    
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.   
    
2. Return Period   
    
You can return any eligible product within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   
    
3. Non-returnable Items   
    
Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

4. Return Process   
    
To initiate a return, please contact us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.   
    
5. Shipping Costs for Returns   
    
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
